Scott has been involved in movie and television production for over ten years, working under the screen name “Scott Miles”. As an actor he has appeared in both television and film. He has appeared on Navy:NCIS and Startrek Voyager. He played the role of Jim Hickam in the movie “October Sky” and Private Buckner in “The Substitute-Part 4” just to name a couple. He has worked with many well-known actors including: Leelee Sobieski, Jake Gyllenhaal, Chris Cooper, Treat Williams, Taye Diggs, and Adrian Paul.
Scott also wrote, produced, and starred in a full-length motion picture titled “Little Chicago”, a story about a young man that returns from college to find his best friend (Earl Portier) in a world of trouble. Ultimately, he must take on momentous risk to try and save his friend’s life. The movie is currently in negotiations for distribution.
Scott’s considerable experience in film is a tremendous benefit to Video Artistry. His focus is making sure Video Artistry productions meet his strict standards for quality and cinematography. Nick has worked for over a decade as an engineer, managing numerous projects of all sizes and scopes. He brings to the table a very broad technical expertise. Nick’s primary function with Video Artistry is managing the “business” side of things. He is responsible for up-front planning and ensuring that the proper equipment and other resources are in place for each job. He also acts as chief editor for all projects.
